Actually we bought them from the original bondholders who had purchased them back in the 60s I believe. The interest had long been paid off, but the free lifetime skiing was transferrable. I had seen an auction on e-bay and lost, I had bid up to $6600. I got a call from the seller saying they had some more available and was I interested at that price. So I bought 2 of them at 6600 each.

Do you get to ski the other ASC resorts with the K-bond pass?

all4one had a close out date posted,. of Oct. 10th

www.all4onepass.com

I think this is still the best deal going. 6 or 7 days at an ASC resort and its paid for. I use the pass to get get a bit of variety. I still use my threedom more than 75% of the time. Two long weekends and the All4one bronze is paid for. Reggae weekend at the Loaf should be one of them.

I'm debating on whether i should get a pass to whindham hunter or catamount. Catamount is about 30 minutes closer to my house but all the passes around the same price for the college passes if anyone has anyone suggestions please tell me.

Pick the resort that is closest, that you enjoy skiing the most, and that has the terrain that you like to ski. Also consider the length of season and if the place has night skiing or not. More time to ski means more for your $.
