Yea, but that's mean he was in the mines for like what, 96 years max? That'd max him out at *5* weeks of vacation..

I believe he once stated that the sixth week is compensation for brain damage caused by fumes in the mine. He has denied this afterward, but with brain damage, it's understandable that he may have forgotten.

I work every weekend....my days off are weds & thurs.....those are usually the only days I'll be making turns.

The best part is that I haven't waited in a lift line in over 5 years.

I do also, my days off are usually Sunday through Tuesday. Sunday we normally go to Cannon, and this year the other days will be spent at either Sunday River, Sugarloaf, or Loon. Gotta love weekdays, no lines! I think this is the reason a Monday-Friday job never appealed to me, massive crowds on the days off that I go skiing!

Since every day is a day off now:D :D i ski exclusively on weekdays except Xmas and the feb President's day week. Those are annual ski trips when our whole extended family skis together in the Dacks near our place and then in Feb in NH / Vt

I do

I ski almost every weeknight at Wachusett. I usually ski 6-10. I got almost 100 days in last year. This year i will hit 110 plus if I remain healthy. If you're looking for someone to ski with i'm always there. I wear a grey Marker jacket, black Giro Helmet with Audio. My skiis are Head Monster (blue) or Salomon scrambler (early season beaters) . See you on the slopes

Have a Killington midweek pass, Limited Threedom pass for Loon, Waterville Valley, Cranmore, and will be picking up a Silver pass for Sunday River/ Sugarloaf. Call me a pass whore! I wish the New England pass came thru for Loon, SR, Loaf, but will next year. Try to get out 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week. 44 days total last season, 2 so far this season. Sure do miss the all for one pass:razz:!

For years have skied Sundown every Wednesday, but not this year. This year I'll be skiing Stratton Wednesdays, Mohawk some Tuesdays, various areas on Mondays, and Stratton most weekends.

used to do a week in winter, a week in the spring, then long weekened trips...maxed out at 35 one year, and that was with my firast child...after 3rd we went into steep decline

Now we're building back up now that everyone skis, but the scholl pushed their break into late April, instead of the first week....

Now I've got a bunch of people here at work hooked, so we go on Tuesday's at Hunter

I convinced them to all get the big lift card

We are even planning a trip out west..Hope I can get 20 people....about 12 so far
