Maybe a thread like this has been done before. I don't feel like searching. As many might know, I am campaigning to have Ragged focus much greater attention on bumps as without them, the mountain offers zero challenging terrain during down snow years like this one when the glades do not open.

So, part of my campaign is to back up my argument for bumps with all the areas that offer seeded bumps.

Off the top of my head I know of

Sundown
Okemo
Sunapee
Blue Mountain
Killington
Mount Snow

who else has got em?

and spare me the seeded bumps are for posers comments. I know I'm a poser already.

They skied much better yesterday than they did on Saturday when they were new
They also posted recently in their blog that they are thinking of putting them on Coachman

Do you mean catted bumps?

Catamount
Loon
Wachusett
Belleayre?

I heard Butternut did once, but they might have been natty.

Hunter (skier seeded)
Southington (skier seeded)

catted seems to be preferred. I've only seen 'skier seeded' at Shawnee in Maine and they stunk.

Other areas I wonder about

Waterville
Pat's Peak on Hurricane
Gunstock?
Attitash?
Sunday River did occasionally when I was a pass holder. Wonder what their commitment has been this year.

Don't forget Camelback, PA...

Did BMM ever speak as to whether the low angle bumps at Mt. Ellen last year were seeded or natural? Skiing them, they had the feeling of seeded (well formed and tight lines on trails that does not attract skiers that make such tight turns/that does not require so many turns).

Talked to a couple of management guys this weekend.(told them your thoughts too) Winch cat seeded bumps on Cliffhanger a real possibility real soon. Showed then a picture of Blue's Challange and they seemed responsive. Lower Cleo bumps were getting better this weekend too. The Asp natural bumps are really big now.

There has been a course set on tempest almost all season (it's been open to the public from what I can tell, sans kickers) but looks pretty gnarly.

3D has had good bumps on the side all season, not sure if it's been seeded or not.

The other usual suspects (sides of Lower Risky, White Heat, etc.) have seen some bumps, but I don't think they were seeded.

IIRC Pats Peak doesn't "seed" the bumps on Hurricane, they just blow a load of snow and don't groom the trail.

The wilderness bumps are supposed to be left the rest of the season at whiteface from what I have been told. Not much use in them lately. You can hear a person comming through them a mile away right now.

attitash usually lets grandstand bump up all year, but I seem to remember seeing it on the groomed list last time was I up (feb 7/8 weekend)

did see some low angle bumps teed up on lower mythmaker though.

I don't know if they have the kicker open to the public or not.

If Showboat looked like that at Ragged most days of the season, you'd never hear a complaint out of me once. Just one run, well maintained and then a small area on a low angle slope for learning.

IIRC they don't seed at Ellen. They may skier seed some, but definitely not with the cat.

Hmm, I guess its possible your right, just seemed like the lines on Lookin' Good last year (blue square) were too good to have been completely organic.
