Yeah it’s only supposed to take 3 hoursThe one and only time I skied Juggernaut was in highschool, high on mushrooms. Also the only time I've skied on mushrooms. Anyone who has ever tried mushrooms, knows that time gets way distorted. I thought we were on that trail for like 5 hours. Haha
I used Jaggernaut to ride my bike up to the peak to make turns down Cascade back when they used to be open from the mid station to peak. some spectacular gear strapped onto that rig! On the bike ride back down afterwards, the brake pads would completely wear out before the end of that 10 mile decent!Yeah it’s only supposed to take 3 hours
Oh yeah, it’s shit for alpine but probably a decent option on Nordic gearNobody ever skiied juggernaut more than once in there life.
Bruce is on my short list of trails to try next, looking for advice on best way to get back to Toll House chair from the cross country center where Bruce ends.
The bus.
I know I skied Pipeline at least once...but not sure if it was more than that. I don't recall Rt 80.Pipeline and Rt. 80 at Vernon Valley/Great Gorge.
Still there, and on the map. Definitely a right of passage when the old double was there.Icicles at Bousquet... Don't know if is still there. Never really open but never really closed. Chopped up railroad ties under the ledge. Right of passage as a kid.
Long gone but Ryan's Express in the dark on Friday nights...Still there, and on the map. Definitely a right of passage when the old double was there.
Skied it many times.Spruce cliffs at Sunday River used to be on the map. Not worth it unless you get first tracks though doesn’t hold snow well
Of course.Brodie?
