SOUTH EGREMONT, Massachusetts — Catamount Ski Area, located in the Berkshire Mountains, is offering skiers and snowboarders a bargain: 2005-2006 season passes for just $199.00 for adults.

And, to sweeten the deal, persons purchasing a season pass for next year will receive free skiing for the month of March this year.

"With all the snow we've had lately, this March could prove one of the best ever for skiers and riders," said Catamount managing partner Bill Gilbert. "We think that great spring skiing and a pass for all of next year at this price is a bargain for our guests."

The pricing breaks down as follows:

Adult (14+) - $199
Juniors (7-13) - $179
Seniors (65+) $179
70+ Members $70
Children (ages 6 and under) - $69
Nights Only - $99

Pass holders also receive a range of benefits, including discounts on ski tuning and accessories at Catamount, discounts on food purchases at many popular restaurants in the area, and discounts on lift tickets at a variety of other ski areas in the Northeast.
