I wonder though if they did like last year and don't have the electric block till Dec 1st. Hopefully they started it earlier this year.

Hunter's Facebook page says they're making snow tonight, although the lack of further information makes me wonder whether it's "for real" or just the blowing out the mice/testing type of snowmaking.
I also note that a couple pages back on their Facebook says 44 is in the plans for the year.

I hope they open I really do, it be great for early November opening it been so long since I skiied Hunter when I get pay check.
