I would say that you were the one who put up with me for the day, TB! We did have a good time though! Next time we'll have grab a  afterwards! Hopefully my wife will be skiing instead of waiting in the car getting more and more POed by the second as we took are time with the photo ops on the last run... :D

Naw, that was a fun day. :D Yes, I recall Ms. Bvibert being a bit, well, not so happy with trailboss. Hey, just think of it as one of the last outings where you could be a kid before your beautiful daughter came along

I laughed my a$$ off when I saw that!

Maybe I'll even be able to convince my wife to come along on one the outings. Might have to find someone who skis at a more leisurely level to ski with her though...

Speaking of outings, when are we going to start planning for the first outing of the season? I figure if we pick a date soon no one will have the "I had something else planned" excuse to fall back on.

Great idea..on that subject, we welcome folks of all abilities.

Until you bring us a nice arrangment of shrubbery, then...

We are the knights who formally said "NI" and we demand you cut down the largest tree in the forest with a Herring! :D

Sorry for derailing your post Austin. Can you tell I'm having snow withdrawls?

Me too, I was thinking the same thing before I read it too.

It would be nice to get a nice variety of different ability levels to go. I don't want anyone to be scared to join us, but I also don't want better skiers/riders to stay away because they think it'll be boring.

Or because we talk politics too much  .

You deal with the jones by quoting Monty Python, I wax poetic about government. Don't worry boys, that all goes away once the boards are strapped to my feet!

I follow RivercOil's plan here. We start out together break off if necessary for a while. Meet around lunch and grab a couple runs again and then make a plan. No one left behind. If it gets to be a have and have not's I won't be involved.
If you want to ski just one way with someone great... that might work out better as a one on one arrangement set up by a PM. I have done that. Rant :dunce:

AllSkiing, Chilemass, Greg, Charlie, Ga2ski and Thaller1, Terry, Ski Jay, Loafer89 are all possibles. What's the story with the rest of ya.

 Very true. That should be the number one rule about outings, NO POLITICS!!!!! :D

I wish I could say I stopped acting goofy when the boards got strapped to my feet... wait no I don't, I like being goofy! It doesn't seem to offend too many people anyway. ;)

Something is MA so you and your dad can't go! :p

Seriously thats a good question. It probably wouldn't hurt to get some idea of where we want to meet before the season starts. I personally wouldn't mind going back to BEast or Magic for an outing. They seem to be kinda central to alot of people.

You were one of those one and ones via Pm in the past. Looks like I'll have to stop working a bit and start some threads on outings next week.

Sounds like a good plan to me! Maybe we could even get some younger folks/kids to start coming to these things... That way in a few years when I start bringing my daughter she'll have someone to hang out with! ;)

Ow ya BVibert, I missed you bringing up old post and stuff like Thaller1's profile. About time you came back on a regular basis.

Thats what I'm here for. :) Its like a scavenger hunt for me when someone mentions an old post or something. ;)

Cannon would be nice, but its kinda far for a day trip for folks in southern NE and NY... I may be up for an over-nighter though... :)

Was this directed to me or to the other folks?

We'll be having a poll I'd imagine soon asking about where to have our outing...

As for me and my pass project, still halted...other things like paying for school, etc
