I was actually thinking about heading to Blue since the lift will be running. Go up for a couple of hours and catch the U.S. Open in the afternoon.

I am hoping to get out in the morning, 9:00am could work for me. The only two places I can think of riding due to the weather are Penwood or Case Mt. Both drain very well and should be ridable. Both are fun spots but I am leaning towards Penwood as its a little closer for me than Case. But if a bunch of people would rather ride Case (or somewhere else) I should be able to make it.

edit:
just checked the weather, not looking so good for tomorrow. We may have to play it by ear. If I can't get out tomorrow I am going to try to get out Monday evening.

Sounds good, Mondays are generally wide open for me and a guarenteed ride day. This week however, prior engagements.

This weather blows ass btw. Just figured I would say that.. can we get some drier weather already.. I mean.. my god.

How about we plan for Penwood at 9:00am weather permitting. We can all check back here in the morning to decide if we want to ride. Personally I don't mind riding in some light rain. Penwood has a pretty dense canopy and we should get that wet, but the trails will be a little slick.

I could possibly be down for an evening ride, but I don't think the weather is going to be too cooperative.

Still raining here, probably not a good idea for morning ride. Will have to see about a ride this afternoon if the rain stops, but with what I saw yesterday after the trails had a good day to dry, I doubt they will dry out much in a couple hours.

just stopped raining here a little whilel ago. I think Penwood would be ridable, but its better to play things safe. I may be able to make an evening ride out of Stone or I will just ride tomorrow night.

Where you looking to ride tomorrow and what time? I have to go up to Boston and have to take some samples with me so I won't be able to fit my bike in too, will need to stop at home before riding.

I would definitely stay away from Nass today unless we get some direct sunlight to go along with this breeze. I did ride it yesterday, but it did have a day of no rain and partly sunny skies to dry some. With the steady rain we got last night and and the amount of rain the past few days the dry time is probably getting longer for the trails.

I might head over to ride the fire roads at Creseent lake here in Southington after dinner since it is 5 minutes up the road from me. I am pretty sure single track doesn't exist there, but i know there is some good hills to ride up!

For tomorrow I was thinking of either Stone Rd., Penwood or maybe Case Mt would all be good options. Or if none of you guys could ride I would stay local. I was also going to leave the time open depending on who can make it. I am off tomorrow and can ride anytime in the afternoon / evening.

Today's weather sucks... poured all night and to be frank, with the wetness I decided to nurse my leg a bit more and not chance it this morning. Instead, I bought some shin/knee pad guard thingamabobs.

Monday RAW - normally is game on for me. This week is bad.. whatever..

Catch up with you guys in a few days I am sure.. !!
