Snow Creek is nice. You can walk to Spring Fling and ski down to Bravo.

Anybody have any suggestions on how to make this a successful trip.

Ski your ass off and eat at the Hyde Away. If you like burgers, wings, bar food like that, it rules. We do take out from there all the time when in the MRV. Hit MRG while there too; it's right up the road. You'll be there on a weekend so be sure to ride the Slidebrook Express to check out Mount Ellen:

That's an experience in and of itself, especially the descents.

We check in on a Sunday after 6:00pm, and the tickets are not good until Monday. Doesn't the SlideBrook express run on weekdays? I was realy looking forward to riding it.

somewhere in between.
What I would realy like is for the wife to enjoy it enough to want to go there again.

Well that's a little more definitive, but still hard to answer without knowing your wife. Is she a big skier? What kind of terrain does she like? Would she rather go shopping?

AFAIK the slidebrook only runs on weekends and possibly holidays.

Oh. Duh. I looked at the March 2008 on the calendar. No, the SBX only runs weekends/holidays like Brian mentioned.

It always used to run everyday but that was a decade ago..anyway Castlerock and the Hevaens gate chairs are where most of the diamond terrain at Sugarbush is..Jester and Spring Fling are great cruisers..and of course no trip to Sugarbush is complete without a run down The Mall..I've always liked Sugarbush South better than North..but you can take a short shuttle bus or drive down German Flats road to Mount Ellen..

i just booked a two day stay at Sugarbush. I feel better already.

I just booked my kids season ski programs at Mount Snow today. While the hit to the credit card wasn't exactly painless, seeing all of my planned ski days this winter on the calender I had to fill out was VERY therapeutic!
