Anybody have any suggestions on how to make this a successful trip.

You are in luck to be at the mountain on a Monday/Tuesday in late March. Can't guarantee the weather but the mountain was 100% open at that time this year with a deep base in the woods. Not sure what you like to ski, but if you are at Snow Creek you can ski on / ski off at Lincoln Peak and will have minimal lift lines.

If you are only there for two days I would suggest one day at Lincoln Peak and the other at Mount Ellen. Easy shuttle between the two.

You can walk to Castle Rock Pub, Timbers or Chez Henri restaurants. 5 minute drive to Common Man restaurant. Lots of other dinner options in Waitsfield 10-15 minute drive from Snow Creek

Well that's a little more definitive, but still hard to answer without knowing your wife. Is she a big skier? What kind of terrain does she like? Would she rather go shopping?

She is not as obsessed as I. She likes the groomed, wide, blue, cruisers
