Mad River $3.50 Lift Tickets 1/30 - Conditions

Thinking of heading up to Mad River for there $3.50 Lift Ticket Special tomorrow. I know they claim 100% open but with no snow making I wounder what conditions are really like? Thin cover?

Anybody ski there this past weekend?

Haven't been to MRG yet this year, but word from guests at the inn over the last week is that it's surprisingly good. I don't have a pass this year, so I'm hoping to go up myself.
