2-4" west of 495 and north of the Pike with 5" pockets in Worcester county. 2-4" in Vermont with more on the mountains, about the same in NH besides at the coast, and 2-4" for northern CT.

Humm, sounds tempting...but we're thinking about staying closer, maybe Attitash. wonder how they'll be doing?

3-6" above 1000' in MA and CT, 2-4" between 500 and 1000', and 1-3" under 500'. Snow advisory is in effect for those areas. Heavy snow warning is in effect for southern VT with 5-10" and possibly a foot in the highest mountains.

Looks like this will be more of a southern storm with jackpot for Berkshires and Southern Greens and second place for the Monadnocks.

It started raining here about 1/2 hour ago and now has turned over to a heavy sleet and the temperature is falling through the 40's to 41F right now. We live at 815' so I guess we will see 2-4" by sunday morning.

35*F right now. Just drove up from Ffld county. On and off rain until the Waterbury area when we noticed sleet mixing in. Downtown Thomaston was 41*F and mostly rain. Drove up to the house (1.5 miles from downtown, several hundred foot elevation gain) and it dropped 5*F with sleet at my house at 860' elevation.

Mix of rain and big wet flakes right now. It was 53 2 hours ago and now its changing to snow. Amazing. Also amazing that its snowing at 37, but it wouldn't stay all snow when it was freaking 12 on Valentines Day.

Supposed to be 2-4 at Cannon tomorrow, but its going to be super warm by miday so I dont think its going to be that sweet. Im heading up with my little sis for midday more than likely, its only her second time out on skis so Ill save her the dust on crust and just wait till its more spring like.
