First let me say that is by far my favorite ski forum. However I do cruise a few others, especially in the “off season”. In my wanderings I have noticed what I think are other AZ’ers . This got me to wondering how many forums sites does the average ski fanatic peruse? Personally this is the only one I post on but, to one degree or another I visit 5 sites.

My regular ski forum "vices"

mount snow's passholder's site
Killingtonzone
Snowjournal
firsttracksonline
epicski
sunday river's forum
ski lovers
skilifts.org

That's all that pop into my head right now. AZ just about gets most of my viewing minutes each day though :flag:

AZ is the best, ;) but I also post on SkiMRV and mogulskiing.net. I browse and post periodically on SkiADK, Epic, Snowjournal and FTO. I no longer post on K-zone and never really got into TGR.

Pretty much just here and occasionally the Gathering of the Vibes forum for music discussion.

When I lived in the mid-Atlantic, I would occasionally check out dcski.com

I visit and post most here and at skimrv.com. I go to FTO/Liftlines and post there to a lesser extent; same with skiadk.com. I lurk at TGR once in a while but have never posted. Some others I might look at on rare occasions.

SKIADK

I'll look through: Epic because they have by far the best info on equipment. I think I have 150+ posts there over about 3 years.

I've posted recently on Snow Journal on Whiteface/Slides threads.

I really don't want to get involved too much in other forums.

It's amazing that we can't just put the skis down. I lurk around all of them because younever know what crazy hsit you'll find. AZ, SJ, KZone, Skivt, 1sttracks and some blogs. I was just discussing the differences between them with my wife.

I.

I don't post very often on kzone but have been reading it more in the past few months. Talked to a bunch of them over the past few weeks at the Bush. Interesting group.

I don't check TGR anymore, guess I'm too much of an old fart to appreciate it.

I've met a few myself. Very nice people. Just the constant battle between the rabid members and the poster known as skiingsnow has gotten a bit stale. but i still look.

What are the differences? That might make a good thread. A compare and contrast type of thing.

Now how much fun would it be to see a GSS vs. skiingsnow battle! Oh the possibilities about where that could go are almost endless! ;)

I think GSS vs Highway Star would be far more interesting.

I was browsing around KZone a little yesterday after getting linked there from here (I have been to KZone a handful of times over the years) and Highway Star was posting seriously and intelligently discussing the Killington-Pico interconnect. He was nothing like the way he was here. Is he generally more serious and on topic on KZone?

AZ and Snowjournal are the big ones for me. AZ has more depth...in that it has more topics with regard to skiing and otherwise. But I do enjoy the NELSAP board.

I also lurk at some others with infrequent posting:
Firsttracksonline; and
I'll read some EPIC to get some laughs

I also lurk and infrequently post on some biking forums.
