That’s because the old GM who was a pussy left two seasons ago. The place definitely has a different attitude towards trail openings now that he is gone

I see that Stowe charges for parking Friday to Sunday. Is Friday really crowded enough to justify the parking charge? I know on busy weekends the parking fills up and you have to get there early, but on Friday?

Nobody works on Friday anymore. It's the new Saturday. Parking reservations are required out here on Fridays at Alta, Brighton, and Solitude.

Friday paid parking is annoying since it makes quick AM laps before work a challenge. Otherwise the shuttle is usually very reliable and not that bad. Parking is free 2-4pm anyway.
