Nice! Just booked a trip to NOLA yesterday for my national convention! It starts on Halloween! Bourbon St. on Halloween! Can't wait! And I was "smart" enough to book a room at the Sheraton where one of their website photos is the view of their big red lettered sign, 20+ stories up, taken from Bourbon St.! Should help me find my way back after enjoying a few adult beverages!

Never been here before and after 8 hours I'd rank it neck and neck with the red light district in Amsterdam in terms of debauchery. Even in the off season this place is a mad house. I pictured it a party town but so far..... wow. I'm no angel but it is really over the top.....
