In theory IF all of the department heads have stayed and the new GM is smart enough to listen to the in place team, it shouldn't be a huge ordeal. A manager is only as good as his team and a team can only be as good as a manager allows them to be.

Hopefully he will ask US for some input so WE can give him our full support.............

That black mold will only get worse...new roof won't do anything but maybe mitigate more water getting in...they have to rip out anything contaminated by it.
It's why I retired from my last job...

the roof by the copper tree restaurant is a mess also....and it leaks down into the private locker room $$$. There have been a lot of compliants about it lately, getting shabby, private parking is anything but, and now the roof leaks....

At least they have some new webcams. But apparently they still don't even know their own mountain as the webcam showing hunter east is labeled hunter north.

Wonder if he was fixing the roof.

Cams looming pretty promising this AM with more snowmaking weather the rest of the day and maybe 6" of natural falling before potential turn to rain. Hoping to ski there Friday.

Don't care all that much about roof issues as not really a drinking and dining destination for me. Hope the guy who fell off the ladder is doing ok.

the ladder guy is well. he cut his head, a ton of blood everywhere, which is why the they covered their butt and called in everything.

apparently there is now blood stains in the lodge. Not the first or last....

Other rumor is either friday or saturday....... They have been blowing.......Roads are in tough shape tonight.....
