Never been. But there is a first time for everything. I plan to meet up with the AZ gang as frequently as possible this season at Ski Sundown.

I'm not a bumper (yet) but that pic is killing me. I'm enjoying my summer, but I'm really looking forward to this winter. :snow:

reading these two posts now makes me laugh.

I would like to change my answer to the original question. Do you night ski? Does a bear s*&^ in the woods?

When I was a teenager I night skied quite a bit, usually Campgaw in NJ 'cause it was close to home but also skied at night in the Poconos during vacations there. I've only been night skiing once since I started skiing again a couple of years ago and that was this past season.
It was about 7:30 and my son had just fallen asleep and I was on the computer and happened to check Campgaw's website and saw they were open 'till 10:00, so I kind of mentioned to my wife that it was open to 10 and she said "if you want to go then go". I was at Campgaw by 8:00 and skied 'till they closed, it was fun. Now I live near Hidden Valley where I'll have an unlimited season pass so hopefully I'll hit it up a couple of nights next season.

When visiting my daughter and her family we usually do Wawa at nite -- I really like it, great visibility and contrast compared to a flat lite day . Added bonus no lift lines makes for great yo -yo skiing :daffy:

Yup, at least once a week. I'd have a pretty anemic ski day count if it wasn't for night skiing.

I have been night skiing for a long time. First as a student then as an instructor. All most all of it a Jiminy, and I must say that in the early days the conditions were party rough. Whatever the days traffic had done to the trails is what you got. Now you can get some of the best of the day at night.

I have never tried night skiing. I would like to try, my buddy is sort of a late starter so it would work well. I imagine it would be hard to see and cold, though.
