Running. I hope to complete 2-3 marathons this coming fall if work travel does not get in the way. This will also keep my legs strong for the next skiing season...

Hmmm I think Sublime said it best with summertime and the livins easy. Ill be on the beach with a beer in hand loving it. Its nothing compared to winter, but hey, you gotta admit its pretty sweet. I love living in coastal NH, it simply cannot be beat. Hour and a half to Cannon, and ten minutes from the beach.

It's Quid-pro-quo time. Summer is my wife's season, mine is winter. I owe her for the few powder days I snuck off, the weekend at Steamboat without her, getting lost at the ski shops, buying all that "necessary" ski equipment, lift tickets, videos and books.... I will now have to suffer through countless days on the beach, at the pool, sunburn, suntan lotion, summer camp shuttles, endless soccer games as a spectator and on it goes. It's a tough life.

I'm gonna try some slalom practice on inline skates, maybe on some nice long run roads midstate. Just hope I don't get hit.....

I'll hit the ocean sailing a few days.

I hear the snow is good in Argentina. Hmm. Or maybe there might be a mandatory business trip to Australia in the offing....

Honestly, I avoid these forums until August. It's just too painful....

Almost over? You guys are crazy!

Anyway, my recipe...generous helpings of trad climbing, dollup of sea kayaking, a dash of car-campin', throw in a trip to Amsterdam to desired taste....voila! It's next season!
