If you could pick just one run to ski all day, anywhere in the USA, what run would it be, where and why? It has to be a run that you could physcially handle for a day, so for me at age 50 that eliminates most blacks as I'm good for maybe 2-3 bump runs per day at best before the legs say stop..
Dollar for dollar if I had to pick one run to ski all day anywhere it would be Lynx at Wildcat.. Lots of Vert, Character, A great cruising run.. Great views, never gets boring
I find that the runs at the older hills like Wildcat, Stowe, the Loaf, MRG, etc, tend to have a lot more character.. You can find runs that are 'entertaining' at hills like Okemo and Mt Snow, but to me they don't have any character, it's kind of like dating quadruplets, they have different names but you can't really tell them apart..
I can't really define character as it relates to a ski trail, but I think you know it when you ski it.
I split my ski days about 50/50 east/west in fact we're heading out to summit county in a couple days, but in the character department, I think the east wins hands down.
my vote: Lynx at Wildcat
