Heading to Smugglers Notch this weekend (maybe just in time for some snow). After that the weather and my schedule will dictate. Thinking about April 6th at Belleayre and the Weekend of April 12th at Whiteface. The weather will dictate if I get to go to my local haunt Camelback PA which is still open.

I am hoping to get a few more in. After going to the doctors today to find out that he only thinks I have a sprain in my knee, I should be good to go in a week or so, I hope.

Its not even close to the end of my season. 90 days lift served so far. JHole closes the 6th, so Ill have 100 or so by then, then Ill be hiking for the next couple weeks after that. When its all said and done, Ill be around 110-115.

WOW, how do you manage that??? I think we've got about 10-12 with at least one more....only because we need to burn up the gift cards we've got so they don't go to waste.......

far from over for me. I am over 100 days now and don't plan on slowing down for three more weeks. After that I will ski 2-3 days a week at LL and a-basin into June, then maybe a few days in/around Rocky Mt. National Park earning turns hopefully into the end of July. I fully plan on hitting 150 days this year which is a personal best for me.

...only stuff melting up here is along the highway.

Still see plenty of snow & terrain....within Sugarloaf, Saddleback, and the River....as well as outside, but once the streams open up ~80% it's always a really tough choice to make between skiing & canoeing....on the sunny days...

I don't know if there has been much melting, but the snow has settled quite a bit from the recent rain/freezing rain. Errol had alot less snow now than in late February, however Dixville Notch has about 6' of snowcover.

The Androscoggin had a healthy flow and the Errol Rapid looked like it would be fun.

I'll get a few more. Maybe one lift serviced at Sundown, aiming for Whiteface in April and hopefully end the lift serviced season at Sugarbush. There might be some hiking peppered in there too. I would like to score May turns, probably by hiking Hunter. I'll be over 40 when I'm done which is a season best.

I need 1 more day to make it to my goal of 20. I'll get it hiking Sundown if I have to.

Yay! Go easy, though. My ortho also thought I only had a sprain at first. ;)

I didn't see this! ;)

Even if Sundown were open later this year, we have a lot to do in the coming weeks. So I guess maybe it's for the best if we don't have that temptation. Though then cycling and hiking come into play....

I like to end the season with a day of skinnin' and skiing on Mt. Washington followed by a day at Wildcat.

Looks like it should be a good one this year.

I almost forgot! I still have one of those FREE Stratton10K coupons. Now all I have to do is arrange a day when my friends Crank and Bob can both make it.

Definitively: Next Friday at Wildcat
April 18 at Sugarbush
April 19 at Stowe

Beyond that it'll be gravy.
