True for now on the food options. But as that village location starts to infill with room capacity, dining and beverage options should expand quite a bit. Hard to plunk those establishments down before you have the foot traffic density to support in an out of town village location.
The buildout of Mayflower is going to be massive, complete with even an ice ribbon; there'll definitely be more dining options and everything else. Where the workers are going to come from is anyone's guess, as workers can no longer afford to live here; and it's not easy convincing everyone to make the Parley's climb every day, which is a real slog of a drive in inclement weather. More temporary Argentinians and Costa Ricans would be my guess, like the Vail employees I met recently who crowd 15 people into a 2BR house in Colorado. I wondered if the owners are aware (I didnt ask).
