Had a couple inches in Lake Placid this morning. Was out witht he dog at 5 playing catch with snow balls. I dont know who was more excited me or him.

Tis a beautiful thing, this snow. On the drive to work:

At Mt. Ellen, around 9:30AM:

It quit from around 10:30 until 2:00PM. Quite a bit melted in the base area, but it started to snow heavily again around 2:00. It never stopped on the summit, as far as I'm aware. Around 10:30, there was about 4" on the railing at the Ellen base lodge. It'll be interesting to see what's up high as the clouds clear tomorrow.
