My son's football ends the week before. It takes up alot of time. I feel your pain.

Part of me wants his team to win all their games - they are 2-0 right now - but the other part hopes that will not happen. If it does, that means playoffs and that will further extend into November.

And thiiis is why kids are evil.

And why I'll never produce any.

My son is a very good skier and my daughter is well on her way to becoming one too. They will both miss their games on Columbus Day weekend because that is the weekend that the Killington Ski Club does the hike up the mountain and we don't want our son to miss that. Unfortunately, my husband is also a coach for my son's team so missing more than one game is a no-no.

My first ski day?

Last year I missed Sugarbush's opening day. It was the day I was moving up. From what everyone said, it was a zoo.

I think I'll miss this year's first day, too. How can I wait? I'll probably ski the second. And the third. And the fourth. And...

Don't take this the wrong way, saabski, but you suck.

Nice pics, and we're all very very jealous.

(hope link works....)

I am so fired up I booked a quick 4 day-er to Beaver Creek 12/1-12/4 to watch WC and of course SKI! and hoping to make some turns at Sugarbush before then...

Looks like the high traverse was in fine shape. After the first day I spent my entire trip there on the 5 person poma and then hiking to those steep lines. Sweet!

The only other appreciable time spent was heli-skiing. Looks like an awesome trip.
