Travel time to where I usually ski

Stowe: 50 minutes
Smuggs: 45 minutes
Sugarbush: 1 hour
MRG: 1 hours
Bolton: 35 minutes
Jay Peak: 1.5 hours

Living in Burlington has its privileges. Because of the proximity to these areas, I'll admit that I haven't skied anywhere else in the Northeast in probably five years. Perhaps this year I'll have the time and $$ to travel. I'd love to go to Sugarloaf for Reggae weekend. I definitely plan on skiing Burke as well, which I've never been to.

Belleayre/Hunter are both about 2.5 - 3.0 hours away with good road conditions and no traffic.

My furthest day trip was to Killington, which is about 4 1/2 hours each way.

About 3 hours to Killington... 2 hours to Snow, 1 hour to Wa.

That was were we skied most last year. This year we will do trips to Attitash (~3 - 3.5 hours), stay over there and head up to SR (4 hours total) and the Loaf once or twice (6 hours total).

Last year, trip weighted average driving time was probalby 2.25 - 2.5 hours.

This year will be a bit lower hopefully, with several trips to Wa. But also increased frequency to K and Conway.

My office in New Hampshire to Killington is 2 hours. I usually drive to work from Vermont on Monday morning.
