and I'm working on a SS Mt bike, which has me stoked. That helps take the edge off my dreams of a blanket of white.

Single speed? You're way more hard core than me, although most of my last ride I may as well have had a SS since I hardly shifted from the middle ring and the granny in the back...

I was happily riding my hard tail last week, when volklgirl says, "lets switch bikes, so you can try my ss!"
I did, reluctantly, and finished out the ride on it. I had a blast. That thing was light, fun and ripped!!!
Granted, it makes you think more about your down hills so you carry your speed into the next hill, and it does take more up hill planning/effort, but all in all it was a blast, and I'm hooked!
I have a Trek Liquid 25, Trek 4900, and now, I'm looking for a good used HT to make into a SS.

I had the most wonderful dream last night.

I dreamed that I was at Sugarbush enjoying some amazing pow through middle earth. Since I have been working out this summer to get into skiing shape, I have been obsessed with trying to really improve my skiing this upcoming season. Ahhh... only if it wasn't a dream but the real thing...

I just got Mario Kart Wii and it made me miss skiing even more, one of the tracks takes place at a ski resort. While racing in the snow you see chairlifts moving and you race in a half pipe for part of the track. I guess I have to get the Wii balance board and Wii skiing.

just bought a new 162 T6 and going to buy a new powder board this week. now i am starting to feel the jones.

I walked up & down Killington on Saturday. Not much progress yet on the new lift. The towers and bull wheel are still there. The haul rope is off and they've done some digging/grading at the top of the Skye Peak quad unloading area that looks like they were replacing the buried electrical service.

I'm off to Chile the last week of August so I'm not Jonesing too badly.

Your going to like the T6 .. My power board and main ride is now the Never Summer Titan 168 with the T6 a very close second..

NS rocks... On my 5th... I want a Titan TX 169 to be my next board.

I rode a Ride Concept TMS 164 most of the winter... Great deck but I miss my old Premiers.. I still have them but they're beat up... Need an NS replacement... Miss the big ride on big mountains..

i found the t6 for 399 so couldnt pass on it. i still want to get a custom prior something based of the atv for high speed crusing. i also got a a good price on the forum roost. i am just stuck on what size to get. every one keeps telling me to go with the 158 but when demoed the malalo at stowe the 158 felt small. on powder days i just rode my air 161 with it seback all the way and i didnt have a problem.
