Have you ever thought about how many days you've skied so far in your life? How many days are you up to? I'm at about 800 days so far. It's alot but it means I've skied far less than 10 percent of the days of my life..but more than 10 percent since I was a skier..and probably closer to 20 percent since I had season passes..it's really cool..I'm getting more into stats this season and there are talks about me becoming the stats manager at www.paskiandride.com..Holla

I have 185 recorded ski days since 1999 but that omits at least two dozen or so for which I have no record. I think I have recorded every single day since about 2001 or so on my web site. I skied three times a week for two or three months during my high school years and logged a number of race and practice days in college. In addition to skiing with family before this whole innernet thingy led me to asinine record retention in a public forum. I would estimate my life time ski days are approximately 350-400.

Thought about it? That's what we geeks do. It's well under 200 over 25 years, which explains why it's only in the past couple 40 +/- day years* that I've been able to develop past the high intermediate/low advanced level. There is no substitution for snow time in conjunction with competent instruction.

* Yeah, I know that's nothing compared to some others here but it was a huge change for me.

My old calenders since 1990 have me at 553, and probably another 250 to 300 between 80 and 90, although I wasn't keeping track via a calender back then, but those years included 4 years of racing where between races + training I was skiing 50+ days a season, including my personal favorite of January on my senior year of high school where I skied 30 out of 31 days in January (would have made it 31 for 31 but an ice storm knocked out power for the day to my local hill back then)

Skiing everyday in a month is great, I did it in both February and March of 2007..:daffy:

I have no idea, I just go out and get in as many as I can and enjoy them. No need to track any stats.

I'm at 11 total.

Wow! You're pretty good for only getting out 11 times so far! ;)

I only started accurately logging days in 2003-04, partly as a way to be sure I reached a certain number of days out goal. Prior to that I would estimate about 8-12 days per season on average. Therefore I counted 175 days for me so far, give or take.

man i really dont know. i had a few years of 40-50 and one approaching 90 or so. If i had to guess i would say somewhere in the 700 range. I think there was another thread where this subject was touched upon and i guessed over 1000 but when i really think about it, that seems high.
