After all the Killington rants this summer and recent silly complaints about inadequate Web sites, I would like to propose a novel idea:

Quit the bitchin and get out and ski! :-o

The North Country has some of the best early December conditions in years so get out and enjoy it.

That is all.

No bitching from me, I just spent four straight days doing nothing but enjoying all of the great snow.

It's getting close to the start of my Sugarloaf ski season, hopefully I'll get 10-20 days in at the loaf this year.

Well thats a simplistic view of the matter. When powder hits, the bitchin from some people goes down and from others it goes up. The people that can actually take advantage of great conditions bitch no more. People like me that are too far away for a drive or have other obligataions keeping them away from the pow bitch more than ever.

How am I supposed to feel when I see all these amazing TRs? I have been killing small animals for days now, trying to stay on top of my frustration.

Good point. That reminds me of the group of people who complain when the trail isn't groomed and the skiing is "too hard."

BTW, would you come to my house and collect a few squirrels? Ullr may appreciate them.:-D

Conditions may be good, but I haven't been able to get on the slopes yet, so I'll go on complaining!

said the single man.

Trust me, I have tried the "common, its ski season, can't it wait till spring?" approach with the wife many times. It just doesn't work.
